Job Description: We are seeking dynamic individuals with experience in Banking (Retail) and Commercial Banking (CB) KYC operations, both domestic and international, to join our team. As an AML/KYC professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and risk assessment within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection and review of retail KYC documents
- Conduct risk assessments and ongoing due diligence
- Utilize platforms and systems to review, escalate, or close records from the KYC team
- Analyze ownership details and prepare comprehensive gap analysis narratives
- Previous experience as a Quality Analyst in commercial and retail KYC (4-8 years)
- Team Lead experience on papers for 2 years, managing 20 FTE (5-9 years)
Preferred Candidate Profile: We are looking for immediate joiners with a solid background in AML/KYC processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
