Job Description:
- Maintain high-quality service standards by enforcing quality protocols, analyzing and resolving client issues, and recommending system enhancements.
- Define objectives, evaluate trends, select courses of action, and assess outcomes.
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance and prepare control reports.
- Manage and evaluate staff performance through effective communication, planning, monitoring, and appraisals.
- Generate statutory reports as per country-specific requirements.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits.
- Handle escalations and manage report generation on scheduled and ad hoc bases.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of UK savings and retirement plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Project and quality management skills.
- Result-oriented with a focus on teamwork and feedback.
Trainable Skills:
- Neutral voice and accent call management.
- Knowledge of the UK savings and retirement industry.
- Process expertise.
