Role Purpose: The Data Analyst role at Wipro involves interpreting data to derive meaningful insights that inform and improve business decisions. Responsibilities include managing project technical scope, gathering and interpreting data from various sources, developing record management processes, and building relationships with clients to understand and address their requirements. The role also entails identifying areas for process efficiency improvement, setting up and maintaining automated data processes, and utilizing data analytics to create dashboards, visualizations, and predictive models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret data to generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Gather and analyze information from data warehouses, databases, and other sources.
- Develop and implement record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing data insights and account reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancement.
- Set up and manage automated data processes.
- Utilize external tools and services for data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and conduct surveys and analyze survey data.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for business performance assessment.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw insights, and present findings to management.
- Develop predictive models and share insights with clients based on their requirements.
