Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or Any Graduate.
- Batch: 2014 to 2026 pass-outs are eligible.
- Experience: Freshers or professionals with up to 5 years of experience.
Role 1: Presales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value and features of the solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical environments and business needs.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions to validate solution feasibility.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs, providing technical insights.
- Support the sales team with technical guidance and tailored strategies.
- Liaise with Product Managers to relay client feedback, helping shape future product developments.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of BI platforms, data warehousing, SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise deployments.
- Experience in presales or technical consulting (preferred but not mandatory).
Role 2: Technical Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support and customer success for Zoho’s Analytics Plus product.
- Assist customers via calls, emails, chat, and remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular health checks and retention strategies to ensure optimal product usage.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Technical expertise in handling IT helpdesk or technical support.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts across different time zones.
- Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
