Marketing Coordinator – United States 

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the two leaders of the Xerox marketing services team on projects related to marketing and advertising campaigns, as assigned.

This is an opportunity to get experience learning from two top leaders at Xerox, participating in the key meetings, and seeing how the organization operates.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting the leaders of the Global Marketing Services organization with all marketing-related projects
Organize the day-to-day finance and admin operations, including opening POs, managing invoices, and facilitating monthly reviews with the global finance team.
Project management of key internal meetings involving the marketing organization – from setting the meetings, managing invitees, the agendas, and organizing the content.
Assisting on key ad hoc projects, including working with agencies to create ads, assisting field marketers on events and campaigns, and other projects as assigned.
There will also be ad hoc global marketing projects to work on which will expand experience and reach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, industry analysis, or business career experience with strong internships or other relevant experience
Proactive and positive personality and a willingness to get involved, learn, and grow within the team.
Basic understanding of marketing/communications fundamentals and desire to be part of a world-class marketing organization.
Strong organization and ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
Financial acumen and ability to organize budget information utilizing Excel.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills (strong PowerPoint and excel skills required)
Highly self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and work well within a team, both in-person and virtually.
Interest in working with businesses in transition to drive change and transformation.
Location: UK or US (East Coast time zone)

Engineer I, Product & Systems Engineering – USA

Job Description:

Act as the overseer and “glue” of a complex system and interdisciplinary team such that innovative solutions are developed to enable customers to be more productive using Production Systems.

Understanding the system from both a customer and development perspective – including both HW and SW.
Act as an interface between the customer/marketing world and the technical development world.
Discovering and validating requirements.
Familiar with current multifunction capabilities.
Defining quantitative measures (e.g., performance and cost criteria).
Assess and Manage project risk.
Integration of system components.
Project Management.
Problem-Solving at system and module levels.
Identification and resolution of critical program issues.
Effective communication with peers and ability to multitask and work in a team environment with a “can-do” attitude.
Understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
Local and possibly international travel to interact with the rest of the software development team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree illustrating strong written and oral communication skills as well as project management skills.
Excellent system-level problem-solving and organizational skills.
Should have the “big picture” perspective and be able to look deep enough into a problem without losing focus on the entire system.
Passionate about relentlessly benchmarking and identifying opportunities to improve the capabilities of the device for the customers.
Familiar with Agile and Scrum-based software development processes a plus.
Ability to prioritize and multitask is important for this position.

Designation- Validation Analyst – India 

Experience : 1-2 years or Fresher

Location: Chandigarh (IT Park)

Educational Criteria- Either Graduation or Three-year Diploma in any stream with 10+2 (Commerce background would be given preference).

Technical Skills- International Business Support, Back-end non-voice process (Non-Technical), Validation/Indexing of data

Good to have- Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Word, Excellent Communication Skills.

Data Validation plays an integral role in the entire Scan & Capture cycle as the invoices to be delivered to the customer are thoroughly Validated by them .Data Validator has to make sure that the information being released to the customer post Manual Validation is accurate & have to immediately raise an alarm in case there is any abnormality being observed in Data Validation Cycle. Data Validator constantly explore the opportunities of improvements.

Job Requirement:

Back-end non-voice process (non-technical)

The candidate should be comfortable working on a target-based profile.

The candidate should have basic computer knowledge including Excel.

Must have good communication skills, a Logical thinker & a team player.

Should be flexible working on weekends/public holidays and for 24*5 too as per business requirements

Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement

Educational Qualification:

Either Graduation or Three-year Diploma in any stream with 10+2

Commerce background would be given preference.
